Ryuji Yamashita

Ryuji Yamashita was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1969. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively. In 1995, he joined Fujitsu Limited, Kanagawa, Japan, where he worked on product development and circuit design of NOR Flash memories. In 2009, he joined SanDisk Limited, Tokyo, Japan, where he has been working on the circuit design of NAND flash memories.
