Ting-Kuei Kuan

Ting-Kuei Kuan was born in Taiwan in 1987. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University (NTU), Taipei, Taiwan, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. From 2015 to 2018, he was with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 2019, he joined ECONET, Zhubei, Taiwan, in the development of high-speed optical comunication systems. His research interests include machine learning, high-speed communication systems, system modeling, and mixed-signal IC design.
