Sangkwon Lee

Sangkwon Lee received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and the M.S. degree in micromachining from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1997 and 1999, respectively. In 1999, he joined Hyundai Electronics Company Ltd. (now SK Hynix), Icheon, South Korea, where he has been involved in the design of mobile dynamic random access memories (DRAMs), including pseudo SRAM, LPSDR, LPDDR1 [with on Die error correction code (ECC)], LPDDR2, LPDDR3, LPDDR4, and LPDDR5. Currently, as the Vice President, he is responsible for volume product design included mobile and computing DRAMs.
