J-H Park

Jae-Hyung Park received the B.S degree from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2019. In 2019, he joined SK Hynix, Icheon, South Korea, where he has been involved in high-bandwidth memory (HBM) design. His research interests include 3-D-DRAM circuit design and technology, high-speed data path, and efficient test mode.
