Ho Sung Cho

Han-Won Cho received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2011, 2013, and 2019, respectively. He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, in 2019, where he has been involved in the DRAM Architecture, and 3-D DRAM circuit design and technology for high-bandwidth memory (HBM).
