Graduated in Industrial Chemistry and Chemistry Teaching, postgraduate in Food Science and Technology (IFRN) and master in Chemical Engineering (2019) from UFCG, with experience in Biotechnology, focusing on enzymatic hydrolysis, starch extraction and waste processing agroindustrial. Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from UFRN, specializing in pre-treatments for modifying native starch and producing starch nanocrystals for stabilizing Pickering emulsions.
