Koichi Matsuo

Kouji Matsuo (M'99) was born in Aichi, Japan, in 1970. He received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in quantum electronics from Nagoya University, Aichi, Japan, in 1993 and 1995, respectively. In 1995, he joined Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he worked on the development of process module technologies for logic LSI devices. Since 1997, he has been with the Process and Manufacturing Engineering Center, Semiconductor Company, Toshiba Corporation, Yokohama, Japan, and engaged in the research and development of logic LSI devices. Mr. Matsuo is a member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.
