Tadashi Matsumoto received the B. S. degree in 1979 and the M. S. degree in 1981, both from Keio University, Japan. He joined Sony Corporation, Japan, in 1981. His expertise is in the areas of circuit design, physical design, and the design methodology for the DSM CMOS system on a chip. He is now a General Manager of the SOC Technology Division, S&S Architecture Center, Sony Corporation, Japan.
