Johnathan E. Faltermeier

Michael Maldei received the Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Ohio University, Athens, OH, in 1997. He joined SIEMENS Microelectronics (now Infineon Technologies) in 1997, working on DRAM process integration within the IBM—Infineon—Toshiba DRAM Development Alliance, Fishkill, NY. In 2001, he joined Infineon Technologies Design Center, Research Triangle Park, NC. He is a Senior Engineer within the Product Development Department.
