David H. Altman

David H. Altman received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York, NY, and Boston University, Boston, MA. He is a Principal Engineer with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems Advanced Technology Programs Directorate, Sudbury, MA. His work focuses on research and development into thermal management and energy system technologies for next generation defense electronics. His current research interests include the development of advanced device scale, heat spreader, thermal interface, cold plate and cooling system technology incorporating emergent materials, and system concepts.
