Alexey Milenin

Alexey P. Milenin received the degree and the M.S. degree in physics of materials and components of electronic devices from Far Eastern State University, Vladivostok, Russia, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree in physics of submonolayer microstructures on Si from the Institute of Automation and Control Processes, Vladivostok, in 2000. He joined imec, Leuven, Belgium, in 2007, where he is currently a Researcher.
