A. Sibaja-Hernandez

Arturo Sibaja-Hernandez received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, in 1997, the M.Sc. degree in electronics from Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica, Óptica y Electrónica, Puebla, in 2000, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, in 2007. From 2001 to 2006, he was a Guest Researcher with Interuniversity Microelectronics Center (IMEC), Leuven. He is currently a Researcher with IMEC. His research interests include modeling of physical effects in semiconductors, device physics, and modeling of integrated SiGe:C HBTs in BiCMOS technologies.
