Teruhiko Kamei

Teruhiko Kamei was born in Yokohama, Japan, in 1968. He received the B.E. degree from Chiba University, Chiba, Japan, in 1992. From 1992 to 1998 he was engaged in the circuit design of NOR flash memories, SRAM, and MROM at NKK Corporation, Japan, and at Seiko Epson Corporation, Japan, from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, he joined SanDisk Limited, Japan. Since then, he has been working on the circuit design of NAND flash memories.
