Byeong-Cheol Kim

Byeong-Cheol Kim received the B.S. degree from Chungnam University, Daejeon, Korea, in 2001 and the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, Korea, in 2007. He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwasung, Korea, in 2001, and has been working on developing high-speed DRAM such as XDR and GDDR5.
