Yun-Seok Yang

Yunseok Yang received the B.S. degree from Kookmin University, Korea, in 1998. He joined Samsung Electronics and was engaged in DRAM Failure Analysis Group in 1998. From 2001 to 2005, he worked on high-speed SRAM design. He has been involved in high-speed DRAM design since 2005. His current work is the design of the IO interface for DRR4.
