Zhaoxia Zhou

Zhaoxia Zhou received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 1997, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, and The University of Sheffield, Sheffield, U.K., in 2010. She is currently a Research Fellow in materials characterization with Loughborough Materials Characterization Centre, Department of Materials, Loughborough University, Loughborough, U.K. One of her research areas is applying electron microscopy and X-ray related techniques to understand interfaces at heterogeneously integrated materials in electronics for optimized thermal, electrical, and mechanical performance.
