Sang-Kil Park

Sang-Kil Park received the B.S. degree from the Department of Semiconductor Systems Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, in 2000. He joined the System LSI Division, Samsung Electronics, Hwasung, South Korea, where he has worked on foundry design service. He joined the Memory Division, in 2018, where he has worked on HBM design. His research interests include SoC design methodologies and back-end implementation.
