个人简介
Dr. Sajid is a Professor in Department of Food Science, UAEU. My current research at UAEU is focused on Food by-product bioactive compounds and their nutraceutical properties, encapsulation and food applications. I have established an innovative research program at UAEU which focus on bioactive molecules in camel milk and dates, investigating their functional and nutraceutical properties, and their encapsulation at micro and nano level.
