K Abe

Kazuhide Abe received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in physical electronics from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1982 and 1984, respectively. He has been a Senior Research Scientist in Advanced Electron Devices Laboratory, Corporate Research and Development Center, Toshiba Corporation. His research activities cover dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric thin films for memory devices as well as radio-frequency devices and circuits. Mr. Abe received the JJAP best original paper award in 2001. He is a Member of the Japan Society of Applied Physics and an Editor of the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics.
