Jeong-Don Ihm

Jeong Don Ihm received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 1992, and the M.S. degree in electronic engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1996. In 2004, he joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, where he is engaged in the design of high-speed IO and datapath circuit design of DRAMs and NANDs flash memory. His current research interests include high-speed low-power analog and digital circuits and the next-generation DRAM architecture.
