Hakchul Jung

Hakchul Jung received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2007, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, in 2009. He joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, in 2009. He currently works as a Senior Engineer in the area of design technology co-optimization (DTCO) and performance–power–area (PPA) characterization. His current research interests include emerging devices, standard cell design, and DTCO in the semiconductor industry.
