Beatriz G. Vasallo

Beatriz García Vasallo received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain, in 2000 and 2005, respectively. She is currently a Lecturer with the Applied Physics Department, University of Salamanca. Her current research interests include the modeling and optimization of the high frequency and low noise performance of advanced III-V devices.
