Akio Sugahara

Akio Sugahara was born in Okayama, Japan, in 1980. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronic information engineering from Okayama University, Okayama, in 2003 and 2005, respectively. In 2005, he joined the Memory Design Department, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he has been involved in the circuit design of nand flash memories in KIOXIA Corporation, Yokohama.
