Structural biologist with research involving determination of binding affinity and structure of binary and ternary protein-protein complex or protein-compound complex on biological membrane as well as biophysical characterization of protein functional states and phosphorylation levels using real-time NMR. Strong technical skills in recombinant protein expression and purification, protein Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, synthetic membrane technology (nanodisc), various protein/ligand binding assays, in vitro kinase assay, tissue culture, western blot and gene cloning.
