Yuechan Kong

Yuechan Kong received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronic and solid-state physics from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively. In 2007, she was with the Science and Technology on Monolithic Integrated Circuits and Modules Laboratory, Nanjing Electronic Devices Institute, Nanjing, where she is currently the Vice Director of the MICM Laboratory. Her research interests include transport mechanism in III–V nitride heterostructures and GaN-on-diamond devices.
