Vibhu Sahni

Vibhu Sahni gained his Ph.D. in neuroscience from Northwestern University, Chicago, IL, USA while working with John A. Kessler on glial responses after spinal cord injury and their manipulation for functional recovery. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA where he is working on the biology of corticospinal motor neurons in the laboratory of Jeffrey Macklis. His research interests include the investigation of developmental mechanisms in the nervous system and their application in understanding disease processes, as well as developing novel therapeutic approaches for recovery from traumatic and degenerative nervous system disorders.
