Tienyu Chang

Tienyu Chang received the B.E. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2000, the M.E. degree from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL, USA, in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, he was with MaxLinear, Carlsbad, CA, USA, working on TV tuner phase-locked loop (PLL) and receiver designs. From 2012 to 2014, he was with Marvell Semiconductor, Santa Clara, CA, USA, working on Bluetooth PLLs. He joined Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., San Jose, CA, USA, in 2014, where he is working on LTE chips sets for cellular phones. His research interests include CMOS RF and mixed-signal integrated circuit designs.
