Career Trajectory
Bio
Tianhao Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in surveying and mapping engineering and the Ph.D. degree in photogrammetry and remote sensing from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2015 and 2020, respectively.
He was a Visiting Graduate Scholar with the Joint Institute for Regional Earth System Science and Engineer (JIFRESSE), University of California at Los Angeles, Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2019. He is working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing, Wuhan University. He has authored or coauthored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles in international journals such as Remote Sensing of Environment, the IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, Environmental Pollution, and Environmental Research Letters. His research interests focus on emission assessment and transport estimation of atmospheric particulate, and analyzing its effects on environment and climate based on observations and models.
