Luyao Wang

Luyao Wang received the bachelor’s degree in geomatics engineering from the School of Geodesy and Geomatics, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2015, and the master’s degree in geomatics engineering from the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing, Wuhan University, in 2017, where he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree in geographic information system (GIS). He was a Visiting Student with the Department of Urban Studies and Planning, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 2019 and 2020. His research interests are nighttime light data application, urban economy, GIS, sustainable development, and consumer activities.
