Thierry Aubert

Thierry Aubert received the M.Sc. degree in physics and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Nancy I, Nancy, France, in 2007 and 2010, respectively. He then worked as an Associate Professor with the Université de Savoie, Annecy, France, from 2011 to 2014 and with CentraleSupélec, Metz, France, from 2014 to 2020. Since 2020, he is a Full Professor with the Université de Lorraine, Metz. He is currently the Director of the Laboratory of Optical Materials, Photonics and Systems (LMOPS). His research activities are focused on the investigation of new materials and structures for high-temperature SAW applications (WLAW structures, Ir/Rh thin-film electrodes, piezoelectric ScAlN thin films, congruent and stoichiometric lithium niobate crystals, and NiAl thin-film electrodes).
