Stephen P. Buchner

Stephen Buchner is currently employed by QSS Group Inc and works as a contractor in the Radiation Effects and Analysis Group at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. He is engaged in evaluating and testing electronic, photonic and MEMS ircuits for NASA projects. He previously worked at the Naval Research Laboratory and at Martin Marietta Laboratories where he helped develop the pulsed laser as a tool for doing single event effects testing. He has a BA in physics from Princeton University and a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania. He has authored or co-authored over 100 papers in technical journals.
