Bio
Sabine K. Lengger received the M.Sc. (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in chemistry from the Graz University of Technology, Styria, Austria, the M.Sc. degree in environmental diagnostics from Cranfield University, Cranfield, U.K., in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Utrecht, Utrecht, The Netherlands, in 2013.
She was a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the University of Bristol, Bristol, U.K. (Rubicon Fellow), and with Curtin University, Perth, WA, Australia. She has previously held a lectureship in chemistry at the University of Plymouth, Plymouth, U.K. She is currently an Expert of chemistry and sustainability working as a Senior Scientist with Silicon Austria Labs (SAL), Villach, Austria. Her work primarily focuses on the chemical and analytical aspects of sensors and (printed) electronics, including the design and application of chemical sensors, and surface modification of materials, with a particular focus on using biomaterials and developing sustainable systems.
