Suresh Sundaram

Suresh Sundaram was born in India. He received the M.Sc. degree in applied sciences with a focus on material science, and the Ph.D. degree in science from Anna University, Chennai, India, in 2004 and 2010, respectively. He joined Georgia Tech Lorraine-CNRS-UMI under the Erasmus mundus student exchange program in 2010, where he has been a Post-Doctoral Fellow since 2011. He has been with Georgia Tech, Lorraine, Metz, where he is currently a Senior Researcher. His research interests cover the III-nitrides material system including layered BN growth and device fabrication.
