S. Hoshi

Satoru Hoshi was born in Niigata, Japan, in 1959. He received the B.E. degree in polymer and textile engineering from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1984. In 1984, he joined the Toshiba Microcomputer Engineering Corporation (now Toshiba Microelectronics Corporation), Kawasaki, Japan, where he has been working on the development of memories.
