I can define myself as a hard worker, patient and determined person. I am an Assistant Professor in Human Nutrition Food Sciences; I am a registered nutritional scientist (RNutr) (MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Human Health). I specialize in designing and conducting clinical trials in the field of human nutrition in close collaboration with the food industry.
