Qingsong Xu

Qingsong Xu received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from the Chengdu University of Technology, Chengdu, China, and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2018 and 2021, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Technical University of Munich, Munich, Germany. In 2021, he was a Visiting Student with Westlake University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include global/regional disaster (extreme climate, floods, and droughts) assessment and temporal–spatial prediction, physics-aware machine learning, physical model simulation with machine learning, graph neural networks, unsupervised/few-shot learning, domain adaptation, meta-learning, remote sensing image perceptions, and dynamic cognitions for the hydrologic process.
