I am a microbial ecologist interested in community ecology, applied microbial problems and evidence synthesis. My PhD with Thomas Bell investigated the way microbial communities shape the outcome of microbial invasions. After that, I briefly interned at the UK Environment Agency, doing a lit review about airborne AMR. Currently I am leading a systematic review and meta-analysis about antibiotic use and resistance in beef cattle farming as part of a UK-Argentina project.
