Mariana Simoes Larraz Ferreira

Mariana Ferreira is Food Engineer (University of Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Ph.D. in Food Science (Institut Agro Montpellier, France). She is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Food Science at UNIRIO and researcher group leader at the Center of Innovation in Mass Spectrometry (IMasS) in the same university. Her current research activities focus on the application of MS-based proteomics and metabolomics tools for the characterization of Food plants, especially cereals.
