Matthew D Neal

My lab focuses on the mechanisms of hemostasis and thrombosis following trauma and hemorrhage. Specifically, we are interested in the role of innate immune activation in the regulation of platelet function following injury and the mechanisms contributing to venous thromboembolic events after trauma.
