个人简介
Dr. Keisuke Hosokawa is a scientist/space physicist investigating the environment of the planetary upper atmosphere (ionosphere and magnetosphere) by using experiments with ground-based radio and optical instruments, and space-based satellite. In particular, he is interested in the impact of the disturbances in the Earth's upper atmosphere on modern technologies such as space-based infrastructures. His research sometimes takes him to the high arctic region to setup his instruments for measurements.
