Kazumi Inoh

Kazumi Inoh was born in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, in 1963. He received the B.S. degree in applied physics from the Science University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 1986 and the M.E. degree from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, in 1988. In 1988, he joined the ULSI Research Center, Toshiba Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan, where he was engaged in the development of advanced bipolar and BiCMOS technologies. In 2000, he was with the System LSI Research and Development Center, where he worked on the development of SOI devices and their technologies. Since 2002, he has been with the Center for Semiconductor Research and Development, Toshiba Corporation, Yokohama, Japan. Currently, he is working on the development of Flash memory technologies.
