Karyn E Chappell

Karyn is a Postdoctoral Research Radiographer at Imperial College London. Her first 2 year Postdoctoral Scholarship was at Stanford University in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Karyn continues the work from her PhD focusing on improving collagen imaging in knees whilst developing applications for imaging joints on a novel low-field MRI scanner with magic angle directional imaging (MADI). Karyn serves on the governing board of ISMRT and is a mentor for ISMRT future leaders.
