Bio
Prof. Gonzalez is the SUNY Empire Innovation Professor at the University at Albany, The State University of New York Atmospheric Sciences Research Center. His research is focused on advancing knowledge and practical analysis tools for coastal urban systems, specifically; coastal/urban weather and climate, resilient systems to extreme coastal weather, and sustainable urban energy systems. He is the Founding Editor of the ASME J of Sustainable Buildings and Cities.
