Jong-Wook Park received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in semiconductor engineering from Chungbug National University, Cheongju, South Korea, in 1999 and 2001, respectively. In 2001, he joined Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, where he has been engaged in the design of DRAM. He is currently involved in the development of DRAM.
