Jingchang Bian

Jingchang Bian received the M.S. degree in the School of Electronic Science and Applied Physics at Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as a digital IC design engineer with MediaTek, Inc., Hefei. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the School of Microelectronics at Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China. His research interest includes testability of 3D ICs and hardware security.
