个人简介
Jane Russenberger received the B.S. degree from the Laboratory Animal Technology, Quinnipiac University. She is currently the Senior Director of the Genetics and Breeding, Guiding Eyes for the Blind, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA, managing the breeding colony and annual production of 500 puppies, where she introduced the use of estimated breeding values (EBVs) to genetically improve behavior and health traits. Over the past 35 years, she has assessed aspects of behavior on thousands of dogs from 2 to 15 months of age and fine-tuned behavior testing and scoring schemes and supporting data analysis. She lectures internationally and has coauthored publications. She serves on the development and support team for the International Working Dog Registry (IWDR), a web-based database used by working dog organizations internationally.
