Hiroyuki Miyazoe received the Ph.D. degree in science from the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, in 2009. He was with the Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology (EMPA) Dübendorf, Switzerland. In 2010, he joined the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA, where he was involved in the development of directed self-assembly and advanced interconnect patterning.
