Jinho Hah

Jinho Hah received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in materials science and engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2017 and 2019, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree under the supervision of Prof. C. P. Wong and Prof. S. Graham, and was involved in developing barrier adhesive and filler materials for encapsulation of flexible and transparent organic perovskite solar cells and focusing on 2.5-D/3-D electronic packaging assembly process using thermal compression bonding process.
