个人简介
Emily Sobeck, PhD, currently works in the Education Department at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Her research focuses on paraeducator training and supervision, ways in which IHE prepare pre-service teachers to effectively manage and utilize paraeducators, and roles and responsibilities when it comes to incorporating paraeducators into the school structure. Sobeck also has research interest in Extended School Year (ESY) programming, performance feedback, and implementation fidelity of behavior management evidence-based behavior management strategies.
