Dong Hak Shin

Dong Hak Shin received the B.S. degree from Ajou University, Suwon, South Korea, in 1996, and the M.S. degree from Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, in 2003. In 1996, he joined the Memory Division, Samsung Electronics, Hwaseong, South Korea, where he has been involved in DRAM circuit design. He has worked on high-density and high-speed DRAM and HBM chip design. He has interested in robust core array and peripheral logic which is greatly operated in real system.
